Terrorism has no religion

Religion never decides what you are!Your mindset is decided by people around you in early days of yours in this world.

Every religion guides it's followers how to live a better life, that's all nothing more than that.

If you are a Hindu, ask yourself what special you have done to become a Hindu : Nothing more than being a child of Hindu parents. As we don't have a chance to choose our religion immediately after our birth, we don't have right to blame people of any religion.

Nowadays, Terrorism has become a business ! Lords of this business are running terrorist factories to brainwash weak minded people & to train them for destruction. More people they kill, more funds they receive. This is how these lords are getting richer.

Some suicide bombers do it for their poor families. They get paid for their life & most importantly for the lives they take away with them. People with improper childhood education get into this ! Some suicide bombers get easily brainwashed due to lack of proper value education at home.

People say, " Every Muslim is not a Terrorist, but Every Terrorist is a Muslim ! ". Why ?

No One is ready to think over it. Lack of value education & high poverty levels make a Muslim individual a soft target for these Lords. This situation can be changed. To do that Muslims must realize that this is not to blame their religion, but it's fact that needs to be changed.

Hindu Extremists should also stop blaming every Muslim, just because some other Muslims are terrorists.

Answer to this problem lies in a powerful primary education system, which makes students mentally strong & determined ! Education gives you power to think & analyze. Students should be taught to fight against mental attacks of extremists, who can well be their parents also. Education will also decrease their poverty levels & people will not do such things just for money.

The GenNext Of India

We, the Generation Next of India, do not want to be satisfied with where we are, as our previous generations were [ with few exceptions ]. We want to live in Developed India.We are ready for the change. Also we are not at all ready to compromise, hence those who are not ready for it, they will have to change if they want to live with us. We don't know any religion, caste or region ahead of our nationality. We don't need any reservations. Others should not try to impose any such thoughts on our minds. We are backing the Dream Of Developed India & we are ready for the challenge .

Changing The Education System

What our government is providing to students is not at all education.

" The great aim of education is not only knowledge but action .

Education's purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one. "

This is nowhere in our education system.Education does not mean producing doctors & engineers etc. , but it's about teaching people what they like in a proper manner so that they can implement it to achieve their goals & earnings automatically come.I agree that , everyone will not be able to teach these things, but those, who can, are staying away from this field. Obviously ,everyone wants to earn back from what they have paid for their education, but those who have the ability can come back to teaching profession may be after 10-15 years, just to increase the quality of education.As what we, the students, are getting today is worst. If we will not try to get it back to level where it was previously, there will not be a single person who has the ability to mould the mindset of students.

Suggesting to do good things in life is different from motivating to do good things.
I agree that, every school always tells students to do good things , but generally they don't motivate them to do so. I also agree that, Parents have larger impact on children's mindset , but no school has ever dared to tell their children that their parents can also make mistakes & they should learn from those to avoid them.

Coming back to motivation,[ Please read this carefully to understand the scope these competitions] we can expose the these students to some innovative competitions in which their will be groups of 4-5 students, [ everyone in the class must participate ] they will be given some problems [eg. loadsheading etc. ] we are facing [ we are really not short of them]. They have to come up with the solution not necessarily the perfect one, but they have to discuss about it in their groups, talk about it with their parents & teachers & finally they have to present their solution in front of others, best of these will be awarded prizes. When this is implemented successfully at intra-school level then it can be promoted to inter-school level.There are many innovative things that we can do, just what we have to do is think about them, plan them properly & most importantly get them implemented.

Primary Education is the most important part of any individual's life. It decides your mindset. It decides how you look at your life.

Quality of Primary Education in India is reaching it's worst. It just makes you mug up everything you see without understanding a word & still you score heavily in exams.

" Thinking rather than thought should be taught . "

In schools, students should be exposed to real world problems . Let them create their own opinions, get them thinking . Primary Educators should be selected carefully. They should paid higher . In Japan , Primary Educators are highest paid employees .

" An Investment in Knowledge always pays the best interest ."

One way of doing this could be having discussion sessions in the class . Let them express what they think , let them debate out their point . They might be wrong , but through this they will learn why they were wrong & will never make those mistakes in their life .

Modifying The Reservation System

The only way in which reservation system in India could help it becoming developed is when it will be truly based on economic background of students & not on their cast or religion. Those who have scored well in the exams should be given financial support so as they are not rejected just because they can't pay the fees.The first step towards modifying the reservation system would be making people, who are enjoying [ Are they really? I don't thinks so ] the benefits of reservations, understand how reservations are spoiling their children's future.If you know, that there's a reserved seat waiting for you, no matter you study well or not, would you, being an average human being, put an extra efforts in studies. No, not at all & this is what is happening to those who are enjoying reservations. Due to this gap, between those who are applicable to reservation & those who are not, is further increasing. As these people who have got reserved seats for education in India, they will not have so on the global platform & private sectors & their they will suffer. This needs to be explained to them by us , as their leaders are engaged only in grabbing votes by misleading them.

Changing Habits to Change Future

Small things , which we do in our day to day life matter most to us & our country's future . Everyone does small mistakes & that collectively emerges as a bigger problem .At first , when you look at the public places in our country , what you notice immediately is garbage thrown everywhere . Now you start saying that government has not done it's job properly & you may be right to some extent , but who's the actual culprit ? WE. How many of us restrict ourselves from throwing garbage at public place? You know the truth , don't try to deny , but would you do the same at home ?Definitely not. You should feel from bottom your heart that, my country is my home &at home you are bound to use the dustbin.First restrict yourselves, then only you have the right to tell others to do the same.Secondly, when you are at public places, try to respect people around you otherwise you will end up in quarrels , ultimately affecting your day's performance. You may think this is a very common thing & such things happen, yes you are right, but when such things start happening more frequently, they need attention.This is not really that difficult once you make up your mind that , you are not going to do such things, they will automatically stop happening.Suggest such small things which you do & want others to implement the same.

Thinking , Analysing & Making People Understand

Problem with us is that , we feel as an individual we know the solution to any particular problem & others are not understanding it . Actually a person who has sorted out a particular problem , might not be able to sort out others . Hence to sort out all the problems India is facing , we need to work as a team , keeping in mind that no individual is bigger than the final goal : India Developed .Try to think about each & everything happening around you . Make your opinion about it , no matter whether it is right or wrong . Speak about it with others . Compare yours with the others , go on developing your opinion accordingly . Most importantly , be ready to accept that , yours might be wrong .Respect opinions of others .Until you are not sure about whether you are right or wrong , keep on talking about it with as many people as you can . Ask others to think over the same issue , as they might come up with something better than what you have thought . Come closer to a definite opinion . Now , that's half job done.Now , as an individual you have the proper opinion about that particular issue , but that's not enough at all . Make people understand , what you have analysed .To convince people with some previous misconceptions is the most difficult job to be done . Making people understand & conveying the proper message is an art. You need to be confident that your opinion is nearly right , so that you can remain firm with your opinion . While explaining your views to others , keep listening to what they are saying . If you come across any other good point add it to yours , but not before you analyse it in all aspects. Clear each & every confusion & the people will accept yourviews . Ask them to convince others .This way we need to figure out the pathway to developed India .

Being Proud , Being Confident , Being Focused

When we talk of developing India , we mean developing thinking process of people of India.Be proud of yourselves.Be proud of where you are.Be proud of whatever you do & you can be so , only when you do things which you can be proud of.We need to think over everything we do. We have to analyse any activity , we do , with respect to all possible effects it can have , as many small things , we do in our day to day life , matter most to our country. We need to be confident about our decisions & we can be so , only when we take our decisions after looking at all aspects of the situation. To cover each & every aspect we have to remain focused.Our Decisions will take us either towards prospercy or towards downfall & we have to ensure they take us to developed India .

I can be proud of myself only when , I am fully convinced that , I have not done anything which will adversely effect my society & have tried my best to help others.Decisions, what you take , make your mindset.As whenever you have done something, which you feel should not have , you feel deprived of yourself. Hence " Being proud of yourselves " means always trying toavoid any such activity.Being proud does not mean being rude.Being proud does not mean being satisfied about what you are or where you are ,but it's all about having faith in yourselves to overcome whatever challanges you may face.This is what we lack in our society & that's why we are still developing.We need to change this as quickly as possible . As mindset of individuals in society collectively becomes the mindset of the society.

What do we mean by Developed India ?

It's not just economic development, but more importantly social & technical development , which will automatically lead to economical growth.We need to change our attitude. We need to be proud of whatever we are & whatever we do.Now , this is possible only when we do the things ,which we can be proud of.We need to convince people of India [ atleast forcoming generations , as it is very difficult to convince those with the incorrect mindset ] , that whatever they do ,atleast think once before you just do it , analyse whether this will affect our socity adversely.The activity may be of throwing wastes in public area , think once before you throw.We need to have some idols to achive our goals.No NOT AT ALL america. The america way will definately lead to faster economic growth , but socially we will become weak.

What do we mean by Awaking the Generation ?

We can't change those who are already having a wrong mindset ,but we can change ourselves & the forcoming generations.Every kid follows it's parents.If parents , for example , throw wastes at public places ,then the kid would do the same & this is the way it's been hapening so far.Whatever wrong things the previous generations did , we have been following them along with the good things they did. We need to avoid the mistakes they did & which we may do , in due course of time.Developing India is a process & it will take time. It's not that , we will be developed in 10-15 years. We will have to wait , give enough time to thinking , planning & implementation of this process .If we hurry , we might miss something very important ,as United States missed , the bonding between the people.The role what our generation needs to play is of thinking & planning . More importantly , we have get our plans implemented via forcoming generations ,which is the most difficult part of this process.
